NOW HIRING: Education & Engagement Coordinator

 

HPHC is seeking an Education & Engagement Coordinator (EEC) to develop and coordinate education program components including health information materials, professional conferences, multimodal climate conversations, and cohort learning opportunities.

The EEC will work with HPHC’s Executive Director, Communications Manager, Organizer & Outreach Coordinator, Executive Committee, and volunteer leaders to advance strategies, campaigns, and events that support health equity and climate justice at the intersection of frontline communities, health professionals, and health systems. Applicants should have experience in organizing, project management, and/or coalition work, and should demonstrate the capacity to work independently as well as in partnership with coalition members, health professionals, staff, and board members.

Education & Engagement Coordinator

 

SALARY AND BENEFITS:

This position is primarily remote and requires residence in Minnesota. Some evening and weekend work is required, as well as travel for events and networking with members across the state. HPHC offers a 32-hour workweek and prioritizes staff wellbeing. The EEC will be hired at an annual salary of $52,000 with two weeks paid time off, additional holiday and sick time off, and a generous stipend for health and other employee benefits.
